The US Liquidation Regulations Commission (USLRC) recognizes that business liquidation processes have both national and international impact, and that effective regulation requires close collaboration with other public, judicial, multilateral, and specialized entities. Therefore, we have structured a working approach aimed at strengthening interinstitutional relations and building strategic partnerships globally.

National Cooperation

The USLRC actively collaborates with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure a coherent, efficient, and legally harmonized response to business dissolution processes.
